In addition to retained executive search, Exeter Partners offers our clients the following appurtenant services in Career Management Consulting:

  • Transitional Consulting: For the executive exiting the organization there is an obvious benefit of goodwill and there is a support mechanism for them as they transition out of their positions. We conduct a personalized assessment of the executive’s strengths, talents and gifts. Following on that assessment, the executive and Exeter will create a formal “marketing plan” that will outline his or her work and life purpose to channel decision making as well as a vision of how that will be accomplished. Finally, there will be, as with all business plans, a time bound commitment plan for taking insights from the program into action. 
  • Executive Coaching: Executive Coaching is defined as an experiential and individualized leader development process that builds a leader’s capability to achieve short-term and long-term organizational goals. It is conducted through one on one or group interactions, driven by data from multiple perspectives and based on mutual trust and respect. The executive and the executive coach, human resources and the organization work in partnership to achieve maximum impact.
  • Legacy Consulting: Legacy Consulting helps leaders who are retiring from a key role decide on the legacy they would like to leave behind. We also provide counsel on transitioning out of the leadership role.
  • Succession Coaching: This service helps to assess potential candidates for senior management positions and helps to prepare them for more senior roles. This type of coaching may be used in any organization that is experiencing growth or turnover in its leadership ranks.
